To supplement, complete, "ground" or "round off" formal training in ministry and chaplaincy, I completed training in other areas as well as follows:

"Who's Who" endorsement in American Universities and Colleges

Certificate in Drug Interdiction
I successfully completed the Institution of Computer Science in Omaha, Nebraska, in computer programming; and, am fluent in four mainframe computer languages. I graduated in the upper 2% of my graduating class, and worked for the school for a year helping students with various programming dilemmas as one with full authority and responsibility for the mainframe computer on weekends. Since then, I have also learned other programming languages commonly used in smaller desktop and laptop computers.
This training involved work with various types of illicit drugs, their identification, where they are often concealed, and how to locate them while safely detaining drug dealers in various settings. Emphasis was on correct legal gathering of items needed by the court while maintaining the highest level of security for all involved.

Certificate in Forensic Investigation
This was the culmination of special training in intelligence gathering to be used later by various attorneys and courts in the prosecution of various crimes. I was used as a special investigator in multiple crimes of different types in various places.

Street Gangs
This was specialized training on varius common street gangs and gang members. Its focus was on community and officer safety. I used this training in my tracking of every gang member (at the time) in the State of Kansas who entered the correctional system.
